Vista isn’t some big company.
It’s just us—Kevin and Amanda Snyder. We live right here off Gulf Blvd with a couple of squeegees, a mini truck, and a thing for salty windows.
We started Vista to bring clear views and lasting memories to the coast.
Because out here, the view is everything. Whether it’s the Gulf at sunset or the palms out back, clean glass makes it all feel a little closer.
We show up, clean it right, and leave your windows so clear it feels like the beach is in your living room.

How often should I shine ‘em?
Some folks like the sparkle year-round, others just need a seasonal refresh. If you’re by the coast, we recommend a clean every 2–3 months to beat the salt, sand, and sea mist.
Condos and storefronts usually book monthly or bi-monthly—keeps things fresh without the fuss. Homes? Quarterly works great for most.
Bottom line: If your view starts to feel a little cloudy, it’s probably time
What if it Rains?
A little rain won’t ruin your clean—salt and buildup are the real issue, not fresh water.
But if there’s heavy rain or lightning, we’ll automatically reschedule and shoot you a quick update. No extra charge. No stress.
Vista Rule: If it’s not safe or worth doing right, we wait.

Storefronts: Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Built for route stacking—fast, reliable, always looking fresh.
No contracts. No pressure. Just crystal-clear views on your terms.
Can you hit the inside too?
Yep—we offer interior cleans if you’re home or leave us access. We wipe tracks and sills, too.
Add it when you book, or let us know when we show up.
Do i need to be home?
As long as we’ve got access (unlocked gate, no wild dogs), we’re good to go. For interior cleans, someone does need to be home—or you can leave a key or code.
Either way, we’ll treat your place like it’s ours and send before-and-after pics so you know it’s done right.
What is included in a vista clean?
Exterior windows: Washed with purified water or the classic squeege and bucket for a streak-free, residue-free shine—no chemicals, ever.
Interior windows (if selected): Glass cleaned + sills and tracks wiped down for that full reset feel.
Optional Add-Ons:
– Lanai and vinyl railing cleaning (condos only)
– Gutter cleaning and polishing (homes only)
We keep it simple, spotless, and built around your view.
How do you clean high or hard-to-reach windows?
We use a water-fed pole system with ultra-purified water—no ladders, no streaks, no mess.
The system safely reaches up to 3 stories from the ground, scrubbing glass with soft bristle brushes and rinsing it clean with deionized water. It dries spotless, no squeegee needed.
It’s safer for your property, your windows, and our crew—and it leaves your glass looking invisible.
